In this hands-on class, you'll prepare Enchiladas en Salsa Verde featuring tender chicken, soft corn tortillas, and a flavorful homemade tomatillo salsa. You'll leave with the skills and recipes to recreate this classic dish at home.
Participants will learn how to make homemade salsa verde from tomatillos and fresh ingredients, then use it to prepare, fill, roll, and assemble flavorful enchiladas. The class will also cover tips for balancing flavor, working with corn tortillas, and creating simple variations with different fillings, toppings, and spice levels to enjoy at home.
