Join Margaret from Blue Bird Makes and Bakes, for a hands-on class where you’ll learn how to transform sourdough starters into sourdough stuffing, dinner rolls, and pie crust.  

Participants will learn and practice how to shape dinner rolls and gain the skills needed to recreate the crowd-pleasing recipes at home.  

You’ll go home with a stainless-steel pie pan ($30 value), ready-to-bake sourdough rolls and the inspiration to create a memorable Thanksgiving meal from scratch.
